This week in class, we’re reading "Hi. I'm Nic" by Nic Stone.
In "Hi. I'm Nic.," a young woman flies to Israel in a search to find her purpose. There she is changed by the stories of those living there and she realizes the impact of telling stories with diverse perspectives.
As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Education & Knowledge and Identity as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :
"How do we understand the world around us?" and "What makes you who you are?"
