This week in class, we’re reading "Little Things Are Big" by Jesús Colón.
In "Little Things are Big," Jesús Colón, a Puerto Rican writer of African descent, describes an interaction with a white woman that changed his point of view.
As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Morality and Prejudice & Discrimination as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :
"What are the effects of prejudice?" and "What is good and how do we know?"
