This week in class, we’re reading "Oldest Known Holocaust Survivor Dies; Pianist Was 110" by Mark Memmot.

Alice Herz-Sommer was a British pianist who survived a Nazi concentration camp and lived to be 110. Throughout her life, Herz-Sommer maintained an extraordinary capacity for forgiveness and understanding—despite everything she witnessed and experienced.
