This week in class, we’re reading "Poetry Means the World to Me" by Tony Medina.

In Tony Medina's poem "Poetry Means the World to Me," Medina speaks from Langston Hughes' point of view to explore his love for poetry.

As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Education & Knowledge and Love as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :
