This week in class, we’re reading "Sense and Sensibility, Chapters 1 and 2" by Jane Austen.
In "Sense and Sensibility, Chapters 1 and 2," Jane Austen tells the story of three sisters following the death of their father.
As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Death and Gender Roles as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :
"How do we define the roles of men and women?" and "How do people face death?"
