This week in class, we’re reading "The Blind Men and the Elephant" by John Godfrey Saxe.
In this famous retelling of an Indian parable dealing with perception and the subjective nature of truth, six blind men approach an elephant and come away with very different perspectives.
As we read, we will be discussing the theme of Identity as it relates to the text. We are trying to answer this big question :
