In Rona Maynard's short story "The Fan Club," a girl witnesses her classmate being bullied and must decide how to respond.
As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Morality and Social Pressure as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :
"Why do people do bad things?", "Why do people follow the crowd?", and "What are the effects of following the crowd?"
