This week in class, we’re reading "The Role Reverser: Growing Up Too Soon" by Gregory L. Jantz, Ph.D..

In this article, Dr. Gregory L. Jantz tells the story of a boy named Adam and the pressures he had to confront following the divorce of his parents. In short, he was forced to grow up too soon.

As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Friendship & Family and Growing Up as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :

"Why should we value our youth?" and "What makes a family?"
