Katherine Johnson was a trailblazing African American mathematician who worked for NASA during the Apollo space missions.

As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Education & Knowledge, Gender Roles, and Prejudice & Discrimination as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :
