This week in class, we’re reading "Working the Farms" by Mike Weinstein.

In "Working on the Farm: Children on the Move," Mike Weinstein discusses the migrant children who work on farms in the United States.

As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Growing Up and Justice, Freedom & Equality as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :

"What does it mean to be grown up?" and "What is fair?"
