In Sojourner Truth's speech "Ain't I a Woman?" Truth discusses women's rights at the Ohio Women's Rights Convention in 1851.
As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Gender Roles, Prejudice & Discrimination, and Social Change & Revolution as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :
