This week in class, we’re reading "Articles of Confederation" by The Continental Congress.
The Articles of Confederation are a historic governing document detailing the agreement between the original 13 states of the United States; it preceded the U.S. Constitution.
As we read, we will be discussing the themes of America, Justice, Freedom & Equality, and Social Change & Revolution as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :
"How has America changed over time?", "How do people create change?", and "Which is more important: freedom or security?"
