Esta semana en clase, estamos leyendo "Where the Sidewalk Ends" por Shel Silverstein.

Sheldon Allan "Shel" Silverstein (1930-1999) was an American poet, cartoonist, and author of children's books. "Where the Sidewalk Ends" is one of Silverstein's most famous poems, in which the sidewalk represents the path from childhood to adulthood.

Conforme leamos, estaremos discutiendo los temas de Growing Up y Human vs. Nature como se relacionan con el texto. Estamos intentando responder estas grandes preguntas :

"Who's in control: humanity or nature?" y "Why should we value our youth?"
