This week in class, we’re reading "From Blossoms" by Li-Young Lee.
In Li-Young Lee's poem "From Blossoms," the speaker describes eating peaches in the summertime.
As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Beauty & Happiness, Human vs. Nature, and Morality as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :
"Who's in control: humanity or nature?", "What is good and how do we know?", and "How can we achieve happiness?"
