This week in class, we’re reading "Mending Wall" by Robert Frost.

In Frost’s classic poem “Mending Wall,” a speaker contemplates the necessity of the dilapidated stone wall dividing his and his neighbor’s land.

As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Social Change & Revolution and Social Pressure as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :

"What are the effects of following the crowd?" and "Why do people resist change?"
