This week in class, we’re reading "Up-Hill" by Christina Rossetti.

In "Up-Hill," a speaker going through a difficult time seeks reassurance from a second speaker.

As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Friendship & Family and Resilience & Success as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :

"What is a friend?" and "How does a person overcome adversity?"
