This week in class, we’re reading "The Bill of Rights" by James Madison.

Adopted December 15th, 1791, "The Bill of Rights" refers to the first ten amendments made to the United States Constitution. This document grants and secures a number of freedoms for the federal government, the states, and for U.S. citizens.

As we read, we will be discussing the themes of America and Justice, Freedom & Equality as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :

"What is fair?" and "What makes America unique?"
