This week in class, we’re reading "The Progressive Era" by Mike Kubic.

This informational text explores the Progressive Era and details the work of four influential leaders: Theodore Roosevelt, Upton Sinclair, Susan B. Anthony, and W.E.B. Du Bois.

As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Social Change & Revolution and Technology, Progress & Industry as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :

"How do people create change?" and "What should the future look like?"
